REFUNDS

Under no circumstance does WildFox Collective offer refunds for completed work. The deposit may be refunded only at the discretion of WildFox Collective in the event that no design has been produced, or the agreement is nullified by WildFox Collective.

PROJECT TIME FRAMES

Logo designs will be completed within 7-10 business days after the deposit has been received. Website design timeframes vary. We will always aim to work within the requested timeframe. Responding quickly to our emails and information requests will expedite the process up. Rush fees may be necessary to meet deadlines if we are busy, as designs are completed in order of purchase.

DESIGN EXPIRY

Designs that are left by clients to a later date will have an expiry of 8 weeks from the date of deposit, or two weeks without any communication at any point in the design process. If designs are not completed after this time frame due to clients' lack of communication, designs will expire and the deposit will be forfeited. If the client wishes to resume the design after the expiry period, they will need to repurchase the design. If the price of the service has changed from the initial quote, the client will be issued a new quote, and a new deposit or payment in full may be required. It is the client's responsibility to respond promptly to messages from WildFox Collective to ensure that this does not happen. If the client does not communicate with WildFox Collective or respond to requests for information at any time during the design process for a period longer than 2 weeks they are considered to have abandoned the project, and the design may expire. It is at the sole discretion of WildFox Collective to reinstate the project at no additional fee.

If you need your order urgently, please keep in mind we have a rush order fee which begins at 30% of the project total. This will be dependent on the size of the project and the required completion date.
